When and how to get in touch if you have not received yours

One of your Numark member benefits is the support pack we send to you every month.

Your pack should be delivered between the 25th of the previous month and no later than 3rd of the relevant month, i.e. your August pack should arrive by the 25th July, and no later than the 3rd August.

Unfortunately sometimes for reasons outside of our control, particularly with postage, there may be a delay with the delivery of your member support pack.

However, if you do not receive your pack by the 3rd of the relevant month, drop us a message using the icon in the bottom right corner of your screen as there are a limited quantity of spare packs if available upon request. We will dispatch one to you as soon as possible.

Please ensure you quote your Numark membership number with your pack request
