How do I view staff activity on the Training Platform?

Numark Training Platform: Accessing and Navigating the Home Page

When logged into the Branch or Head Office account on the Numark Training Platform, follow these steps to view branch/staff activity:

  1. Home Page:

    • Upon logging in, you will see the Home page.

    • Make sure that the tool bar displays the "My Pharmacy" tab.

  2. My Pharmacy Tab:

    • Click on the "My Pharmacy" tab to access the relevant information.

  3. Activity Overview:

    • The My Pharmacy page will display the activity for each training module.

    • To obtain more details about a specific module, click on the blue box labelled "View Details."

  4. Download Reports:

    • If needed, you can download any report as a .CSV file by selecting the "Download" button located in the top right-hand corner of the page.

If you are logged in as a Head Office account with multiple pharmacies in your group:

  1. Filtering by Individual Pharmacy:

    • To view the activity of a specific pharmacy within your group, use the drop-down filter under the "Pharmacy" section.

To view specific details for a module, staff member, or branch:

  1. Grouping Options:

    • Use the drop-down filter under the "Group by" section to select the desired grouping option.

    • This allows you to narrow down and focus on specific details related to modules, staff members, or branches.

By following these instructions, you can easily access and navigate the Home page on the Numark Training Platform, view branch/staff activity, and obtain detailed reports as needed.
