Each user will need an individual Numark login to access the platform. If you're unsure of your login or need one setting up, get in touch with the team via the chat icon below.

Once each individual staff member has their own unique User ID and Password they should now be able to:

1. Access the NumarkNet system online

2. Access the Learning library

3. Access their own learning records

  • Complete courses and gain certification e.g. Counter Excellence and Pharmacy Excellence

  • Downloading those certificates as evidence of completion and to assist in Continuous Professional Development (CPD).

Accessing NumarkNet

Go to the website https://numarknet.com/ or type in NumarkNet into Google and it is the first option that comes up on the search.

Click on the Member login tab and then enter your unique User ID and Password to login to the site (If done correctly it will then say welcome and your first name)

Accessing the Training Library

Prior to accessing the Training Library, you must be logged into NumarkNet.

The web URL for the training library is: https://learning.numarknet.com/

Accessing the Training Library via the member benefits tab

Click on the member benefits tab and the 'View all member benefits' button.

Scroll down the page until you see the Training tab and click on it.

Scroll down the page and click on the Numark Training Library button

Then click find out more

Click on the Access the training library button

You are now on your own personal training library.

The first time you log in, you may be taken to a screen like below, where you will need to select your primary practice location and tick the boxes that are relevant to yourself before selecting continue.

You can then customise your recommended training from the different areas that might be relevant to your learning, job role or personal preferences. See examples below:

Remember you will probably only have to do this the very first time you log into the training platform.

Accessing your own learning records

In your own personal training library there are FOUR main tabs near the top of the page Home, My Learning, Channels and Topics.

  • The Home tab can be clicked on at any time to return you to your own personal and unique learning screen irrelevant of where you are at within your training portfolio.

  • The Topics tab covers every single piece of information/ article/ training within the library but puts the information/article/ training into different subcategories e.g., healthy living, older people and sexual health. Although not essential you might want to search this way!

  • The My Learning takes you to a screen with three tabs showing you what courses you have completed (and passed), those that are currently part completed or in progress and those you have bookmarked previously to remind you to look at or complete at a later date.

To view completed modules you can click on the completed link and scroll through your courses. You can even download a certificate by clicking on the Download Certificate for all completed courses. These certificates can then be printed or saved as a PDF file for evidence

The Channels tab takes you to the different learning/training sections e.g. Counter Excellence predominantly aimed for Counter staff and Pharmacy Excellence predominantly aimed for pharmacists and pharmacy technicians.

The Counter and Pharmacy Excellence tabs are predominantly made up of current and relevant CPD learning with assessment modules (usually multiple-choice questions).

Clinical, OTC, Practice and Population health are made up of a variety of web pages, documents, and articles.

You will always get a certificate at the end of a module that has an assessment process e.g. the Counter and Pharmacy Excellence modules, but some of the non-assessed training may also have certification attached to them.

Please do not be afraid to enroll onto anything to both improve your knowledge and assist in professional development.

As a bonus there is a 4th tab on the My Learning page called Add Learning Record and clicking on this opens a sub screen that can be used to assist with your GPhC Mandatory CPD.

There are three different tabs within the Add Learning record tab Add CPD Entry (the default option), Add Reflective Account and Add Peer Discussion. These tabs match those in your My GPhC so can be used towards any of your six per year My GPhC mandatory recording examples.
