NumarkNet is the hub for all core information relating to your Numark membership. Here you can access a wealth of topics surrounding the benefits of your membership, as well as downloading resources to support your business, order business essentials through eShop and access all your account details and statements.
Within this guide, we’ll help you with the basics of navigating the website and accessing core information to help with your Numark membership.
Reviewing your documents, orders and statements
When accessing the website, you’ll be invited to login. A large portion of the website is visible only to logged in Numark members. Logging in will also allow you to view all your statements, invoices, and account details.
Once you’re logged in; to review your statements and account details, simply click on your profile dropdown and a list of all options specific to your account will pop up:
From here, you can access each of the different areas you require and search by date. If you’re part of a group function, you can also see the various branches in your group.

Accessing core member benefits
Member Benefits are the core sections of the site which outline the propositions and support areas that will help you with the day to day running of your pharmacy.
Within each of these sections, you can access information around the commercial benefits of our core propositions, such as Golden Tote, Discount Partners, IT solutions and more, as well as accessing support tools and guidance for running a successful pharmacy from running services, to accessing training, SOPs and retail support.
To access member benefits, simply click on the drop down on the main navigation menu from the homepage, and to view all, click the ‘view all member benefits’ button in the top right corner.
From here, you’ll see each of the core member benefits outlined and you can access each individually to discover more information and support relating to them.
Using the search function
There’s so much content on the website, using the search function can bring back a whole host of results including products, resources, information pages and news items, but did you know you can narrow your results down to gain a more accurate response?
Let’s use Brand Support as an example. You just want to find out a bit more about it. Let’s search for it in the search bar.
When we put Brand Support in, loads of options are displayed, and it’s ordered by content type, so resources always appear first.
But! If you use the filter buttons in the top right, you can break the content down to help find the content you need. In this case, we just want to find a bit more about Brand Support, so we’ll search only by info pages.
This helps narrow the search down so Brand Support becomes our number one result.
If we wanted to find the Brand Support calculator, we would search on resources, and this will help us to locate the information we’re looking for.
Try this the next time you’re searching the site for something specific and see if it helps to locate your information quicker.

Ordering on eShop
We have a large selection of products on the eShop to help you with the everyday running of your business. Anything from office equipment, through to pharmacy packaging, and dispensary equipment.
There are a couple of ways to navigate our eShop. You can access products through the eShop display menu, accessing the store categories:
Once you’ve chosen your main category, lets take Numark brand for an example, you’ll be taken to the full category product page.
From here, you can use the filters at the top of the selection to help with navigation. Filter by category, or even by brand:
If you know the product you’re looking for, you can use the search bar to find it, rather than going through the eShop navigation route. Don’t forget to filter your search by product so you only bring back eShop results:
Reviewing latest news
One of the core functions of NumarkNet is to provide you with regular news updates on what’s going on in the industry, contractual requirements, and new, exciting goings on within Numark.
We often post updates around drug tariff, drug alerts and recalls, price concessions and SSPs. The news is displayed based on most recently added, a little like a social media feed, but if you’re looking for something specific, you can use the tags to get to specific topics and help ensure you don’t miss out on something important:
Making use of the resource centre
The resource centre is the place to access all downloadable content on NumarkNet. We have anything from SOPs to HR support documents, GPhC inspection requirements, retail support docs etc.
You can access all resources via the resource centre, though it has an awful lot of content to navigate, so be prepared for some reading!
Another way to access resources is to navigate to the pages relating to the relevant topic, and most resources are downloadable from here. If we use GPhC as an example, we navigate first to the main introduction page and then click the relevant buttons to access the various downloads:
If you know the document you’re searching for, you can use the search function to find it. Sticking with our GPhC example, don’t forget to narrow the search down to resource only by using the filter buttons. Resources are always reflected by a ‘download’ button against the item.
