If your training progress isn't marked as completed after finishing the workout and the next workout isn't unlocked, try these steps:
Quit the app.
Remove it from your list of active apps to ensure it's not running in the background.
Reopen the app.
If the issue continues, follow these additional steps:
Delete the app.
Restart your phone.
Install the app.
Wait a few minutes before opening it.
