Can You Go Back to a Missed Day in a Challenge?

We understand that sometimes life gets busy and you may miss a day of your challenge. However, it’s not possible to return to or repeat past days in a challenge. This is intentional and part of the challenge design.

Each challenge is created to help you stay focused on the present day and maintain steady progress — without pressure to catch up or redo previous sessions. This structure supports consistency and helps you build lasting habits, even if you miss a day.

What you can do instead

If you want to repeat a specific type of workout or focus on a certain area, you have options:

  • Explore the Workouts tab: Filter sessions by style, goal, body part, or equipment to find workouts that fit your needs.

  • Adjust your program: Go to the Plan tab, tap the settings icon in the upper-right corner, and select a program that aligns with your current goals.

Remember, progress isn’t about perfection; it’s about showing up for yourself whenever you can. Missing a day doesn’t erase your progress — what matters most is getting back to it when you can.
