We understand that a woman’s body goes through many distinct stages and changes throughout life — and your workouts should support you through each of them. Whether you're navigating PMS, perimenopause, or menopause, gentle movement designed with your hormonal cycle in mind may help ease discomfort, restore energy, and improve your overall well-being.

That’s why we’ve created two yoga programs tailored to different phases of your cycle and life stage:

Yoga for PMS Relief

Feeling a little off during your premenstrual phase? This calming, restorative series is designed to reduce both physical and emotional tension. These gentle yet effective yoga flows may help you:

  • Reduce cramps and bloating

  • Ease mood swings and irritability

  • Promote relaxation and better sleep

  • Encourage a sense of balance and calm

Yoga for Menopause

Menopause brings a new set of changes — and mindful movement can be a powerful way to care for your body during this time. These sessions focus on mobility, relaxation, and stress relief, and may support you through:

  • Hot flashes and fatigue

  • Joint stiffness and low mood

  • Trouble sleeping and overall restlessness

How to find these programs

You can access both programs in just a few taps:

  1. Go to the Plan tab in the app.

  2. Tap the settings icon in the upper-right corner.

  3. Scroll down and select Yoga for PMS Relief or Yoga for Menopause.

Please note: These programs are currently available in English only, but we’re actively working on support for other languages — coming soon!

We believe in supporting your health at every stage. These cycle-friendly yoga programs are here to help you feel more balanced, comfortable, and confident. Try them out — and explore how mindful movement can help you feel more at ease in your body.
