The request Priority options can be configured to set response and completion times. Your SoftFM system may have been pre-populated with a list of Priorities and these can be edited in the Configure section.
Click on Configure, expand the Request related option and click on Priorities to see a full list. To add a new option, click on Add Priority + on the right of the screen. Click on an existing option in the list to enable the edit & delete buttons.
Each Priority can be given a specific name and is assigned to a specific Resource Group. Response and Completion times may be added and selecting the High Priority option will highlight the priority as red text on the SoftFM Mobile app.
