Requests may specify certain 'Requirements' are needed by the resource/resource group in order to complete a task or request. Your SoftFM system may have been pre-populated with a list of Requirements, and this can be edited in the Configure section.
Click on Configure, expand the Request related option and click on Requirements to see a full list. To add a new option, click on Add Requirement + on the right of the screen. Click on an existing option in the list to enable the edit & delete buttons.
