Fast Requests allow users to quickly populate a new Request form. Your SoftFM system may have been pre-populated with a list of Fast Requests, and this can be edited in the Configure section.
Click on Configure, expand the Request related option and click on Fast Requests to see a full list. To add a new option, click on Add Fast Request + on the right of the screen. Click on an existing option in the list to enable the edit & delete buttons.
