How to Run Reports

Note: this Guide uses the NSOC category as an example, however, the same process applies to all audit categories

A. Reports on individual audits

1. Start by navigating to your Manage Audits page:

Then select Closed audits on the left of the screen:

2. The next screen will show a list of all the Functional Areas that have closed audits on them. You may wish to narrow down this list by using the location filters here, to select a particular Region, Site, Building or Floor:

Once you have found the Functional Area you are looking for, click on the number on the right. This will bring up a list of all the closed audits on that area. They will be grouped by audit type, and you can hide or show any of these groups by clicking Hide or Show:

From the same page, you can open the Score sheet and Failure report for any audit listed:

3. The Score sheet contains a number of links to other reports. One is the Failure report. Two others show Comments from the audit: one for all comments and one for comments on elements that passed ('Yes Comments'). For NSOC audits only, the Score sheet will also display the star rating required by the National Standards, and this is a clickable link to the star rating poster:

B. Reports on multiple audits

1. Start by navigating to the Reports page for your chosen audit category (we are using NSOC as an example here):

2. This brings up a range of reports which can be selected by clicking on them. Having clicked on one, you are then able to set the report’s parameters by choosing from a variety of filters.
