How to Find and Send Audit Feedback

Note: this Guide uses the NSOC category as an example, however, the same process applies to all audit categories

1. For single audits, there are two main types of report – the Score Sheet and the Failure Report. Both can be accessed via the Manage Audits page:

2. For live audits, both the Score Sheet and the Failure Report can be opened directly from the next screen (NB, they will be empty if the audit has not been started). However, for closed audits, click on Closed audits on the left:

3. After clicking Closed audits, on the next screen, choose the relevant Functional Area from the list. It may be convenient to narrow down the list by using the location filters near the top of the screen. This will enable you to see just the Functional Areas that are in a specific region, site, building or floor:

4. When you have found your Functional Area, click on the number that is against it in the right-hand column (you can see this in the image above). The number is how many completed audits there are on that area.

5. The following screen lists all the completed audits for that area, grouped by their type. You can hide any of these groups you don’t need to see. For instance, if there are a lot of Technical audits at the top, but you are looking for a Managerial audit, just click Hide here:

6. Once you have found the audit you want to report on, click on Report in either the Score Sheet column or the Failure Report column, towards the right-hand side of the screen (you can see them in the image above). For either of them, you will then see this box:

By default, this is set up so that the report will include all Responsibility Groups, all room types, and all elements. This does not mean all the ones that are in the system, but all the ones that were included in that particular audit and are in that Functional Area. If you are happy with this, just click Submit. Your report will then open in a new tab.

7. Both reports provide a range of options for saving them in various formats, via this dropdown:

Once saved, they can be shared with interested parties via email.

NB: if you want to have emails sent automatically to interested parties, consider setting them up as Stakeholders – see the Micad Audit Guide How to Set Up Stakeholders – Micad (zendesk.com).

Next to that dropdown, there is also the option to print.

For the Failure Report, there are two different print options. By default, the report opens with boxes that are large enough to add a signature when each action is completed. Clicking the print icon at the top of the screen

will print this default, large-box version.

However, for those who prefer to save paper and ink, a small-box version is also included. This version can be opened by clicking the blue P here:

Once opened, the small-box version can be printed using its own printer icon at the top of the screen.
