The number of subscription licences included depends on the market and can vary between 1 and 3 licences.
If you have Organisation Administrator access, you can check the number of available licences in Organisation Management:
Go to Organisation Management
Open your Organisation Profile by clicking on the three-dot menu on the right-hand side and choose Edit.
Go to the Subscription tab.
Note: If additional licences are included in the trial for your market, they can be assigned to colleagues within your organisation. This allows them to try the Business Plus features while your own trial is active.
If you assign one of your available trial licences to a colleague after your trial has already started, instead of them activating their own trial, the trial end date remains the same for all users. Assigning a trial licence to another user does not start a new 14-day trial period for them.
If your colleague would like to have their own full 14-day trial, they need to start a separate trial from the trial banner on their Home page instead of using one of the licences included in your trial.
