Sometimes the Go to source link, which directs you to the full tender documentation on the national or specific tendering platform, and links to tender documents, are seemingly not working.
There are a few reasons, not in Mercell’s control, that could be causing the issue. In all cases, it is recommended to immediately create a ticket with customer support to be sure you do not miss out on exploring an opportunity.
Most common reasons:
Publication delay
After the tender is published in Mercell Tendering and Bidding, there is often a delay before it is available to view in full on TED (Tenders Electronic Daily).
Unfortunately there is not a consistent waiting period.
Incorrect source link
If the external tendering platform provided us with an incorrect link then the Go to source button or document links will not work correctly. By submitting a support ticket to us we can investigate and try to locate the correct source.
