Account notification settings

This guide explains how to manage your notification preferences through the Notification settings area of My Profile, and decide which notifications to receive and how to receive them.

Note: These settings do not affect the Tender Discover daily emails you receive from your Monitoring profiles.

Some notifications may only be applicable if your account includes an active subscription package.

Navigate to the Notification settings page

  1. Click your name in the top-right corner of the page

  2. Select My Profile from the drop-down menu

  3. Click on the Notification settings tab

Notification Types

You will see a list of notifications related to:

  • Changes to your user or organisation profile and linked services

  • Updates for online download/export requests

  • Tenders where you have placed a bid or shown interest through the Mercell Tendering and Bidding platform.

For each notification type, you can manage where you would like to receive it:

  • In-app: Shown in the platform and available via the bell icon in the top-right corner.

If you remove email notifications, in-app notifications marked as Read are automatically deleted after 3 months.

  • via Email: Delivered to your registered email address.

Customise Your Preferences

  1. Select the notifications you want to receive.

  2. Choose how you want to receive each type (In-app and/or Email).

  3. Click Save to apply your changes.

You will now only receive the notifications that matter most to you.
