Background
The Single Sign-On (SSO) feature supports Microsoft Entra ID and the SAML 2.0 protocol. Organisation administrators can easily configure SSO using the self-service wizard located under Settings > Organisation > Edit > SSO tab.
Good to know
Automatic User Creation (JIT): Our SSO supports Just-in-Time (JIT) provisioning. Once SSO is enabled, any new user within your organisation who signs in via SSO is automatically created in the system. Administrators do not need to create these accounts manually.
Removing SSO Access: An Administrator can remove a user's SSO login privileges at any time. If SSO access is revoked, the user will simply revert to signing in with a standard username and password.
Customers, with an Administrator role, should provide their email domains, so that Mercell can approve those before customer can enable SSO.
Go to Settings > Organisation > Edit > SSO page > Add domains. Only Mercell Admins can add/edit domains as a security measure.
