This article shows you how to reset your password if you forgot it.

How to Reset Your AS-400/ISERIES/Signature Account:

  1. Open Your Browser:

    • Go to Microsoft Edge.

  2. Navigate to the Portal:

  3. Initiate Password Reset:

    • Click the option Forgot your password?

  4. Enter User Information:

    • Fill in your domain username and the characters shown, then click Continue. (Domain username is your MCBGROUP username).

  5. Verify Your Identity:

    • On the next screen, the self-service password management portal will ask how you would like to verify your identity:

      • Security Questions

      • Google Authenticator (This option will only appear if you have set it up with the self-service password management portal. See below.)

    • If you choose to answer your security questions that you selected when you registered on the self-service password management portal, proceed with answering them. These questions will not change unless you enroll new questions to override the old ones.

  6. Select Account to Reset:

    • Once you answer your questions or verify your identity with the Google Authenticator app, the portal will ask you which account you want to reset (if you have linked the AS400 users you use on the portal).

  7. Complete the Reset:

    • Once done, the system will display a message and send you an email confirming the password reset.

NOTE : Special characters currently accepted by AS400:

  • @ (at sign)

  • # (hashtag)

  • $(dollar sign)

  • _(underscore)
