Unlock Your Windows User Profile:
On Your Windows Logon Screen:
You should see an option below your login fields for Self Service Password Management.
Open the Self Service Password Management Window:
Click on the option to open the Self Service Password Management window.
Select the Desired Action:
A new window with buttons for Reset or Unlock will appear. Click on the appropriate button for your required action.
