Steps to Unlock/Enable Your Account:
Open Your Browser:
Go to Microsoft Edge.
Navigate to the Portal:
Initiate Account Unlock:
Enter User Information:
Verify Your Identity:
On the next screen, the self-service password management portal will ask how you would like to verify your identity:
If you choose to answer your security questions that you selected when you registered on the self-service password management portal, proceed with answering them. These questions will not change unless you enroll new questions to override the old ones.
Select Account to Unlock:
Complete the Unlock Process:
Once done, the system will give one of two messages:
Successfully enabled your account: You can proceed to log in to AS-400.
This account is not locked: Contact Helpdesk for further assistance. This happens when you continually enter a wrong password, causing the system to turn off the device.
