Gift Card Display Error

We understand that some devices are having an issue when trying to load their gift card from one of our partners.

If you are having an issue with loading your gift card, with an error that looks like below, please try the following:

Fixes

1. Switch Networks Settings

Switch between your mobile data and WiFi, as the blocking may only affect one

network type. If you have any active VPN or firewall services, you can also try disabling this to see if this works.

2. Trying a different device

Try sharing your gift card URL to access on a different device, as it may be a native device setting that is causing an issue. You can also look to access your JamDoughnut account and wallet on desktop at https://jamdoughnut.com/

3. Manually Edit URL

Copy the URL of your gift card and change the beginning of your URL link by replacing the word "spend" to "payout".
