Cash Out to Bank:

Cash Out to Bank Not Received

Cash Outs are reviewed and issued manually, so can take longer outside of working hours, including weekends and bank holidays, but are usually processed within 1 working day.

If it has been over a few days and you still have not received your cash out, please reach out to help@jamdoughnut.com so we can look into this further for you.

Account details are incorrect

If you have entered the wrong account details then please contact us immediately. In most cases the payment will be rejected by the bank and so we will send the money back to your JamDoughnut account.

Be sure to double check your bank account details when submitting your cash out to bank request.

Why was my Cash Out Cancelled?

If we cannot confirm your bank details when we try to send you your cash out, we will send your points/monies back to your JamDoughnut account. If you can recheck your bank details and resubmit we will try again for you.

The most common reason we see cash out's being rejected is due to your submitted account name not matching to your bank account name. Make sure to check if your account may be under any maiden names, hyphenated last names, middle names, abbreviations, etc.

How do I change my bank account details?

Each time you cash out, you can change your bank account details. This change of account can be done after you click cash out. We pre-populate all your bank details based on the previous cash out.

You can edit any fields on this screen as to quickly change your bank details.

Cash Out to Voucher

Cash Out to Voucher Not Received

Although Cash Out to Voucher transactions are automatic, there may be times when a transaction gets stuck in processing. In this case, a staff will have to manually push through the transaction, or cancel the payment, which can take longer if a cash out was requested outside of office hours.

Why can I not Cash Out to Voucher to certain brands?

Some brands have their own specific minimum gift card amount. If you are unable to request for a certain brand, it may mean you do not have enough points to make a cash out for this brand.
