Where can I find Geo Location on my app?

Firstly, please make sure you have the latest version installed by clicking on UPDATE on the Jam Doughnut app in the app store. This will ensure you will have access to this feature.

You can then choose to enable permission for location to take advantage of our local offers.

You can find 'offers near me' on the bottom, second from the left, where you will see an icon of a ticked pin-drop.

You can search offers on this page and it will also show you places near your location, where you can get cashback from.

Can I switch my permission controls on and off?

You are complete control over whether you wish to share your location with us, and you can enable this in your device settings.

You can allow this feature whilst using the app, or choose not to allow it. Alternatively, you can click on 'ask every time' so you are reminded of your option to allow for location permissions.
