What Is the Difference Between “Orders” and “Transactions” in Activity?

The Orders and Transactions sections provide two different views of your account history, each serving a distinct purpose.

Orders

The Orders section is used to track the status and progress of orders you have submitted.

  • View open, completed, or cancelled orders

  • Monitor order execution and updates

  • If no orders have been placed, you will see the message:
"You don't have any orders yet."

  • The amount displayed includes fees and taxes. For example, a $10 AUD purchase of BTC may appear as:

    • Market order: $10.00 AUD (0% commission fee)

    • Limit order: $10.07 AUD (0.7% commission fee (including GST))

  • Tap any order to view additional details such as status, amount traded, timestamp, execution price, fees and taxes, asset amount, and order ID.

Transactions

The Transactions section shows a record of completed account activity, including:

  • Deposits

  • Withdrawals

  • Buy transactions

  • Sell transactions

  • Other transaction types, as defined within the app

This view provides a comprehensive history of all financial movements on your account.
