I can't log in to my account

Steps to take if you can't log in to your Huggg Payouts account, including resetting your password and checking with your account admin.

If you're having trouble logging in to your Huggg Payouts account, the steps below will resolve most issues.

Check your email address

Make sure you're entering the email address your account was set up with. If you've recently changed your work email, your Huggg account may still be linked to the old one.

Reset your password

If you've forgotten your password or it isn't being accepted:

  1. Click Forgot password on the login page.

  2. Enter your email address and submit.

  3. Check your inbox for a reset email.

  4. If you don't see it, check your spam or junk folder.

  5. Follow the link in the email to set a new password.

Reset emails sometimes take a few minutes to arrive. If nothing has come through after 15 minutes, ask your IT team to check whether emails from huggg.me are being blocked.

Try a different browser

Login issues are sometimes caused by browser cache or extensions. Try one of the following:

  • Clear your browser's cache and cookies, then try again

  • Open an incognito or private browsing window

  • Try a different browser (for example, Chrome instead of Edge)

Check with your account admin

Your organisation's Huggg account admin can confirm whether your account is active and which email it is registered against. If your access has been removed or your role has changed, they may need to reinvite you.
