If your account admin has invited you to join their Huggg Payouts account but you haven't received the invitation email, the steps below will help track it down.
Check your spam or junk folder
Invitation emails are sometimes filtered into spam or junk. Search your inbox for emails from huggg.me and check any folders your email provider uses for filtered messages.
Confirm the email address
Ask your account admin to confirm which email address they sent the invitation to. A small typo (for example, .con instead of .com) is one of the most common causes of missing invitations.
Ask your admin to resend
If the email address is correct but the invitation hasn't arrived, your admin can resend it from their account. They can also remove and re-add you if needed.
Check with your IT team
Some workplace email systems block messages from external senders. If you work for a council, charity or housing association with strict email policies, ask your IT team to check whether emails from huggg.me are being blocked or quarantined, and to allow them through.
Still nothing?
If your admin has resent the invitation and your IT team has confirmed nothing is being blocked, email us at support@huggg.me with the email address that should be receiving the invitation, and we'll help.
