OneLink Cash vouchers are sent via the Huggg platform in the same way that our other voucher types are sent (including by email or text).
Here's how to redeem the voucher:
Open the Huggg link, click 'Voucher details'
and then 'Get started'
Select your preferred retailer - Post Office or PayPoint
Depending on which one you chose, you will be directed to the Post Office or PayPoint Cash voucher.
Head over to your nearest Post Office or PayPoint branch and present the barcode on your voucher. The cashier will scan the barcode and hand over the cash.
Please note: If you are showing the voucher on an electronic device, please ensure that the display settings are set to light mode so that the QR/Barcode is showing on a white background.
