I can't see a barcode to scan

Firstly, please make sure you have chosen a supermarket and created the voucher.

If you can see a supermarket voucher but are still unable to see a barcode, please check that your phone isn't set to dark mode - as some images (including barcodes) may not display properly.

If you are using light mode but you are still unable to see the barcode, please email us at support@huggg.me and we'll look into this for you.
