I can't see the orders/welfare vouchers that the rest of my team have issued

In line with GDPR regulations, only the account admin can see all orders made. Other team/subteam members will only have access to the orders they have made themselves. If you are not the account admin but need to see orders made by another member of the team, you will need to contact the person that owns the account to request they provide the required information.
