User types explained

When you initially sign up to Huggg, it'll either be as a team admin, a team member or a subteam admin. On occasion, some users will be switched to 'Team Viewers' if requested by the admin of the account.

  • Team Admin: Account holder for the entire company/organisation, oversees central pot, can create subteams.

  • Subteam Admin: Oversees budget assigned to them by the team admin.

  • Team Member/Participant: Invited to spend from a certain budget.

  • Team Viewer: Can see all team/subteam activity but cannot handle funds, and cannot add or remove users.

We thought it'd help to provide a breakdown of the functions that each user type has access to:

Invite users to their team
