Gift history shows two status columns for every gift you send. Send status tells you whether the gift went out. Gift status tells you what your recipient has done with it since.

Your plan decides which of the two columns shows in Gift history:
Free plan. Send status only.
Huggg Campaigns. Both columns.

📍 Where to find them
Click Gift history in the left-hand menu. You'll find them on your list of links.
📤 Send status
Send status tells you whether the gift went out:
Successful. Huggg sent the gift by email or SMS.
Failed. The send did not work. The reason sits in the same cell, so you can see what went wrong.
Scheduled. You have set the gift to send on a future date. It updates once the send goes out.
Sent myself or Not sent. For links you share yourself, you set this from the dropdown. Mark a link Sent myself once you have passed it on, so you can keep track of what has gone out.
🏷️ Gift status
Gift status tells you what your recipient has done with the gift:
Not yet claimed. Your recipient has not claimed the gift yet.
Opened. Your recipient has opened the gift but not claimed it.
Claimed. Your recipient has claimed the gift. A claimed gift cannot be cancelled.
Allocated. Someone has taken a gift from a Group link.
Expired. The gift reached its expiry date without being claimed.
Cancelled. The link was cancelled, and the money went back to your Huggg wallet.
👥 Group links
A Group link is one link that a whole group can each claim a gift from, so it works a little differently. Gift status says Allocated, not Claimed, when someone takes a gift from the link.

🔍 Filtering by status
The status filter has a dropdown for each column you can see. Use one on its own, or both together to narrow the list.
For example, set Send status to Successful and Gift status to Not yet claimed. That shows you the gifts that went out but have not been claimed.
📥 In your downloaded report
The report you download from Gift history carries the same columns you see on screen. They use the same names and the same values, so you can sort and filter your own copy the same way.
