To add a note onto your order, you'll need to be signed into your Rowlands Prescription App account on the mobile app or website.

Some GP surgery's will allow you to add a note onto your order. This notes section will show on the basket screen when you place an order.

  1. Select the medication you need to order and select 'request medication'

  2. Choose your preferred collection or delivery method.

  3. Confirm if you pay or are exempt from prescription charges

  4. Add your note to your GP in the box titled 'Notes for your GP'

  5. Check the details in the 'basket' screen and then select 'place order'

If the 'Notes for your GP' box does not appear on your basket screen when you place your order then your GP surgery have not enabled this feature.

The Rowlands Prescription App patient experience team are not able to amend these settings. The GP surgery have disabled this feature on their system, so you'll need to speak with them directly.
