How do I update my address?

If you are a Rowlands Online Shop customer, please contact the Shop Customer Service team by clicking the chat bubble in the bottom right corner of the Rowlands Online Shop site, https://shop.rowlandspharmacy.co.uk/.

If you are a Rowlands Prescription App customer your address details can be viewed in the settings of your account on the app and website

Permanent address change

Once your GP surgery have updated your address on their system, you'll just need to sign out and back into your Rowlands Prescription App account using NHS login.

This will then update your GP registered address.

Temporary address change

When placing an order, you're able to add a new delivery address from the 'basket' screen.

If you've already place an order and need to change the delivery address, contact the Patient Experience team.
