I've changed GP surgery
Once you've changed GP surgery and they've created your online account using their system, you'll just need to sign out and back in with your NHS login.
This will then create a link between the Rowlands Prescription App system and your new GP surgery.
My GP surgery has merged with another GP surgery
Once the merge has happened and they've created your online account using their system, you'll just need to sign out and back in with your NHS login.
This will then create a link between the Rowlands Prescription App system and the newly established GP surgery.
How do I sign out?
To sign out of your account, select 'settings' on the dashboard and then swipe down to 'sign out'.
I'm seeing an error message
The Rowlands Prescription App system links directly into the GP surgery system using a secure NHS connection. If you've tried the above and are not able to use your account, contact the Patient Experience team and they'll be able to help you.
Before changing GP surgery, it's best to have a supply of medication that will last 2-3 weeks as it can take a few weeks for the GP surgery to create your online account.
