If you are a Rowlands Prescription App app customer, to change your email address you need to amend this on your NHS login first.
You'll need to change your email for your NHS login account. You can do this on the NHS login website.
How to change your NHS login email address
Login to your NHS account.
Select Login and security settings.
Under Email and password select Change for email.
Follow the on-screen instructions to change your email address.
Once you have changed your NHS login email address, please contact us so we can update it on your Rowlands Prescription App app account.

If you no longer have access to your email address, contact us so we can try to fix the problem.
