How you cancel an order depends on the fulfillment option you selected when placing your order.

If you’ve selected ‘Postage via Royal Mail’:

Please contact the Patient Experience team and they'll be able to help you.

If you’ve selected ‘collect from a local pharmacy':

If your order status is 'with GP', please contact your GP surgery to cancel this.

If your order status is 'Approved/Part approved/Order reviewed' then please contact the local pharmacy you chose. You can search for their contact number here

If you’ve selected ‘Pharmacy Delivery':

If your order status is 'with GP', please contact your GP surgery to cancel this.
