If you use a local pharmacy
If you use the Hey Pharmacist app to collect your prescriptions from a local pharmacy other than a Rowlands Pharmacy location, you will no longer be able to use the Hey Pharmacist app.
Contact your local pharmacy for assistance. You can order your prescriptions to your local pharmacy through your GP surgery, or using the NHS App.

If you use Rowlands Pharmacy
