How to check the status of your order

You can check the current status of your order in the 'orders' tab on the app and website.


If you’ve selected ‘Postage via Royal Mail’

With GP

Your request for medication has been securely sent to your GP surgery to check.

GP surgeries can take up to 48-72 hours to review your request.

Approved/Order reviewed/Part approved

  • Approved/Order reviewed

Your request has been approved by the GP surgery. We’ll let you know when we receive your prescription and start preparing your order.

  • Part approved

The GP surgery has approved part of your request for medication. We’ll let you know when we receive your prescription and start preparing your order. If you'd like to find out why the GP surgery have not authorised all your request, please contact your GP surgery.

Preparing

We've received your prescription and we're preparing your order.


Ready to ship

We've completed your order and it's awaiting collection by Royal Mail.

We'll let you know when it has left our pharmacy.

Order has left pharmacy

Your order has left the pharmacy and is now with Royal Mail. You'll receive an email and text message from Royal Mail with an ETA. You're also able to click on the link and it will take you directly to the Royal Mail tracking page, where you can see it's progress.


If there's a problem with your order, you'll see one of the below statuses

Contact GP

The GP surgery has reviewed your request for medication, but we're unable to process it. Contact the GP surgery to find out why.

Not authorised/rejected

The GP surgery has not authorised your request for medication - contact them to find out why.


If you’ve selected 'Pharmacy Collection' or 'Pharmacy Delivery'

With GP

Your request for medication has been securely sent to the GP surgery to check.

Approved / Part approved / Order reviewed

Your request has been processed by your GP surgery.

To find out when your medication is ready to collect from the local pharmacy, please contact them. You can search for their contact number here

Not authorised/rejected

The GP surgery has not authorised your request for medication - contact them to find out why.
