The appointment took place, but I have not been charged yet, what do I need to do?

The invoice is issued as soon as your cleaner has confirmed that the appointment has been completed. This usually happens very soon after the end of the appointment, but can sometimes take longer.

If you are not sure, you can contact your service provider and ask him/her to confirm that the order has been completed.
