At Helpling, we place great importance on making the management of your appointments as easy and flexible as possible. You can adjust your future bookings at any time β quickly and conveniently. Please be aware that once an appointment has started or been completed, it can no longer be modified by the customer.

Reschedule an appointment
You can make the following changes to the appointment:
Service day
Time
Duration of the appointment
Visit your user profile and click on your currently active job in the 'Home' section. Under 'Next Appointments', the upcoming three appointments will be displayed. If you want to reschedule another appointment, click on 'View All' next to the appointments to see an overview of all future appointments.

Select the desired appointment and click on 'Reschedule Appointment'. You can then adjust the appointment according to your preferences and directly check if your cleaner is available for the new time.
Review your desired changes and send the change request to your service provider for confirmation.
Note: Your service provider must confirm the requested changes. If they are declined, the appointment will remain at the original time. If the appointment can no longer take place as planned, it may need to be canceled separately. We therefore recommend discussing any rescheduling in advance with your service provider.

Note: Due to the self-employed status of household service providers, bookings on public holidays are also possible. Service providers are free to decide whether they accept offers on holidays. We recommend that you contact your service provider to discuss and possibly reschedule appointments on public holidays.
