How to Change Your Payment Method

Log in to your Helpling account.
Click on āAccount Settingsā in the top-right corner.
In the āPayment Methodā section, click āEditā.
Select āAdd A New Payment Methodā and follow the steps.

Can Helpling change the payment method for me?
No. For data protection reasons, we cannot manually update your payment method. Please always make these changes yourself in your customer profile.

Can I delete my payment method?
No. A stored payment method cannot be deleted. Every customer profile must have a valid payment method to book services.
