You can easily update your payment method in your Helpling customer profile under your account settings. This ensures that your bookings are billed smoothly.

How to Change Your Payment Method

  1. Log in to your Helpling account.

  2. Click on ā€œAccount Settingsā€ in the top-right corner.

  3. In the ā€œPayment Methodā€ section, click ā€œEditā€.

  4. Select ā€œAdd A New Payment Methodā€ and follow the steps.

  1. Open the Helpling app and tap ā€œMoreā€ in the bottom navigation bar.

  2. Select ā€œAccount Settingsā€.

  3. In the ā€œPayment Methodā€ section, tap ā€œEditā€.

Can Helpling change the payment method for me?

No. For data protection reasons, we cannot manually update your payment method. Please always make these changes yourself in your customer profile.

Can I delete my payment method?
