You have received the name of a cleaner from friends or acquaintances and would like to request their services?

For data protection reasons, it is unfortunately not possible to search for names of service providers in the system. Instead, ask your friends or acquaintances to share the service provider's personal profile with you. Once the profile has been shared with you, you will have access to the profile and can send a direct booking request to this cleaner if you are interested.

Here's how easy it is: Click on the cleaner's profile on the overview page in the Helpling account and share the service provider's personal profile with friends and acquaintances using the share function.
