If you’d like to work with a service provider you've already booked in the past, it’s simple to do so – just a few clicks away. This easy booking feature ensures that your requested provider is notified directly, without involving any other service providers.

Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Log in and Start a New Booking: Log in to your user account and click on “Book a Service” under "Home." If you're using the Helpling app, go to the job page and click “Book a Service.”

  2. Select the Desired Service: Choose the service you’d like to book. In the next step, you’ll have the option to book either a new or an already known service provider.

  3. Select Your Preferred Provider: If your preferred provider is available, select them. If the provider is not listed, it may be because they’re unavailable at the moment. In that case, you can choose to request a different provider.

  4. Enter Booking Details: Fill in the necessary details, such as the frequency (One-time, Weekly, Bi-weekly), date, time, and duration of the service. You can directly check if your preferred provider is available at your requested time.

  5. Check Availability and Submit Your Request: Once you’ve entered your details, review your booking. Your request will only be sent to your preferred provider, not to any other service providers.

  6. Receive a Notification: Once the provider responds to your request, you will receive a notification by email.

Important Notes:

  • No Forwarding to Other Providers: The request will not be automatically forwarded to other providers. Only the selected provider will receive the request.

  • Check Availability: If your preferred provider is not displayed, they may not be available. In that case, you can request a different provider.

  • After Booking: A request to a known provider cannot be edited or canceled after submission. If you need to make changes, please contact customer service.

  • Communicate with Your Provider: You can also use the messaging feature to communicate with your preferred provider and inform them of any specific requests or changes.
