For when can you book:
Helpling’s online marketplace makes it easy to find the right service provider for your needs at your desired start time. For household cleaning, you can book a service provider 7 days a week – between 7:00 AM and 7:30 PM, with the given times representing the start time of the appointment.
If you select service providers yourself, it is entirely up to you how many you choose. However, we recommend selecting at least four to increase the chances of your request being accepted.
Note: Due to the self-employed status of household service providers, bookings on public holidays are also possible. Service providers are free to decide whether they accept offers on holidays.
