How can I change my address?

Find information on how to change your home address for an active booking or even without a current booking.

The way you can change your home address depends on whether you want to change the address for an already active booking or whether you want to create a new booking at a new address.

If there is no current order, simply start by entering your new zip code in the booking channel. You will then have the opportunity to enter your new address.

Do you already have an active booking and would like to change your home address for your future appointments?

Go to the overview page in your user profile, select your booking on the left side and click on "Edit".

Then click on "Change home address" and you will have the opportunity to change your home address for the future events of your booking.

You can enter your new address in the fields provided or select a previously saved address. Please confirm at the bottom of the page that you have already discussed the new location with your cleaner and then click on "Change address".

Your cleaner will now receive a message asking them to confirm the change. As soon as this has been done, you will receive confirmation of the change by e-mail.

Please note: If the change of address has not been discussed with the service provider and they are not available at your new address, the booking will be canceled. In this case, you will be redirected to the booking process to book another cleaner.
