To add your bank details in your Helpling profile, please go to "More" and click on "Bank details" under the heading "Transfers".
Please do not forget to enter the BIC code. This is an identification code that is different for each bank. You can find your BIC code by entering the name or your bank in an online search engine.
Please note that bank details can only be used once on the platform.
