If you can’t find the address or you’re unsure where to go, act immediately—this helps prevent delays and misunderstandings.
1) Check the booking details carefully
Open the booking in your account and review the address information.
Sometimes customers add important details in the address addition / address notes, for example:
doorbell name
back building (rear house)
floor, entrance, or directions
door code / intercom details
These notes can be essential to find the right entrance quickly.
2) Call the customer right away
If the address is missing, unclear, or you still can’t find the place, call your customer immediately and ask for guidance.
Ask for:
the full address (street, house number, postcode)
which entrance to use (front/back building)
doorbell name / intercom name
door code (if applicable)
Example:
“Hi [Name], I’m having trouble finding your address/entrance. Could you please confirm the address and tell me the doorbell name or which entrance I should use (e.g., back building)?”
3) If you can’t reach the customer
If the customer does not answer, try again after a few minutes. If you still can’t reach them, contact Helpling Support:

4) Where to find the customer’s contact details
You can find your customer’s phone number in your account:
Go to “More” → “Manage my customers and prices.”
