I forgot my password, how do I reset it?

You can reset your password as follows:

App:

  • select "reset password"

  • enter the email address you have used for your registration

  • you will receive an E-Mail with a link to reset your password

Attention! Please make sure you have downloaded the correct App. The App for providers is called "Helpling Partner"

Browser:

  • select "reset password"

  • enter the email address you have used for your registration

  • you will receive an E-Mail with a link to reset your password

If you don't receive an email to reset your password, please check your spam folder.
