How can I filter customer offers?
Navigate to the "Offers" section in your Helpling account.
Click on the filter icon at the top right corner of the screen.

Confirm your selection to view the filtered customer offers.
Important Information about the Hourly Rate Filter
Please note the following regarding the hourly rate filter:
If the "Below my price" option is activated, you may also see customer offers where the customers proposed hourly rate is lower than your set rate. Make sure to carefully review the offer details. By accepting such an offer, you also agree to the customers specified hourly rate for the service.
