Customer feedback is an important part of your success as an independent service provider on Helpling. Ratings help you improve your performance and convince new customers of your quality.
Why is customer feedback important?
When booking a new service, customers can view service provider profiles in detail.
Your profile shows your average star rating and individual reviews from previous cleaning appointments.
These experiences often help new customers decide whom to book for their next service.
A strong rating profile increases your chances of getting new bookings.
What can my customer rate?
Star rating (1–5 stars) in the categories:
Quality
Reliability
Friendliness
Free text comment where the customer can share more details about their experience.
How can my customer leave a review?
After each appointment, the customer automatically receives an invitation from Helpling to rate you and your service.

When will my review be visible to other customers?
A customer review is not visible immediately.
Every review is checked by Helpling to ensure it meets our guidelines.
We pay special attention to protecting personal data – for example, your full name will be anonymised.
Inappropriate content such as offensive or hateful language will be removed.
Review process time: approx. 2–3 days.
Once approved, the review will appear on your profile.
Where can I see how customers have rated me?
Open your Helpling Partner App.
Tap "More" in the bottom navigation bar.
Scroll down to the "My Statistics and Reviews" section.
Tap "View my ratings".
