On the Helpling platform, you can choose which types of customer requests you’d like to receive: one-time, weekly, or bi-weekly. With the right settings, you'll only be visible to customers whose requests match your preferences – helping you work more efficiently and reliably.
Why is it important to set my preferred offer types?
Your offer type preferences determine whether you are shown to customers in the booking channel. If your availability and offer settings match a customer’s request, your profile will appear as a recommended service provider.

What options can I choose from?
You can select one of the following settings:
I want to receive all types of cleaning offers
You're open to both one-time and recurring customer requests.I don't want to receive new offers
You’re temporarily pausing new customer requests.I only want to receive one-time cleaning offers
You prefer spontaneous, non-recurring offers.I only want to receive recurring cleaning offers
You want to build ongoing customer relationships (e.g. weekly or every two weeks).
How do I set my offer types in the app?
Open the Helpling app.
Tap “More” in the bottom navigation bar.
At the top, you will see your current availability settings.
Tap the current setting.
Choose your preferred offer type from the list.
Your selection is applied immediately, and your profile visibility in the booking channel is updated accordingly.
